• Seizure medication:- carbamazepine, oxcarbazepine, phenobarbital, phenytoin and primidone
• Heart or blood pressure medication:- disopyramide, amiodarone, quinidine and procainamide
• Anti-viral medication:- telaprevir, atazanavir, retonavir, indinavir, saquinavir and cobicistat
• Recreational drugs:- amyl nitrate (poppers)

Can be taken with or without food?
The recommended adult dose of Tadalafil isokingly from one of the tablets which you take as soon as you can, but your dose of Tadalafil should be as prescribed by your GP. You should take the tablet at least 30 minutes, but you can take no more than one tablet within a 24-hour period. Your daily dose will depend on your GP and you are prescribed a different dose.

Your GP may start you on a low dose of Sildenafil and increase it slowly over the next few hours. If you still do not see an improvement after 3 hours, or if you still have problems getting or maintaining an erection, speak to your doctor.

A new drug is showing promise in a way that would change the way the country spends money on Viagra.
The new drug, called Tadalafil, could also increase the use of erectile dysfunction drugs, which are used to treat enlarged prostates. The drug was approved by the FDA in 2003.
But it would not be the first erectile dysfunction drug to be approved for use in America, said Dr. David Goldfarb of the University of Michigan.
In 2006, the Food and Drug Administration approved a drug called "Cialis" for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. That drug is a newer class of drugs called phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitors (PDE5 inhibitors). It was the first drug approved to treat the symptoms of erectile dysfunction, but it is also used to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), a type of enlarged prostate.
A new drug is also being studied, which is not approved for treating BPH. It is also used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension and to treat pulmonary veno-occlusive disease in people with heart failure.
Tadalafil was approved for use in men with an enlarged prostate to treat symptoms of benign prostatic hypertrophy and to treat other conditions.
Tadalafil was approved by the FDA to treat symptoms of erectile dysfunction in men over the age of 40.
A study in the New England Journal of Medicine in 2006 showed that men with erectile dysfunction had a higher rate of sexual activity than men without erectile dysfunction.
